MK Agentes 3 é pensado para os técnicos de rua gerenciarem suas ordens de serviço. Integrado ao estoque também faz a captura de imagens, provisionamento, criação de conexões, coleta de assinatura digital entre outras funcionalidades.
O aplicativo envia a localização em tempo real assim que o técnico inicia o deslocamento. São capturados dados para ativar recursos de localização e atualização de coordenadas das conexões, mesmo quando o app está fechado ou não está em uso.
